- Hotels in Riga and Jurmala – Rixwell Elefant, Rixwell Old Town Palace and Rixwell Collection Seaside Jurmala.

- Hotels in Tallinn (Estonia) - Rixwell Savoy and Rixwell Viru Square.

- Deployment of hybrid IT infrastructure (local site / cloud).

- Integration of all hotel systems, working with subcontractors servicing hotel television, WiFi network, electronic locks, cash systems, and restaurant management.

- Implementation of Microsoft 365.

- Daily technical support for users and infrastructure during operation in 24/7 mode.
