2023 – present time, hotel Ibis Styles Ljubljana. Customer – SIA Mogotel Development Holding.

A complex integration project that included disconnecting from the previous hotel operator's network, operating in standalone mode for 6 months, and integrating into the Accor hotel network.

- Study of the facility and preparation for the transition of the hotel to an independent mode.

- Disconnecting from the Union hotel network, switching the hotel's systems to standalone mode.

- Supporting operation in standalone mode for 6 months.

- Building infrastructure according to the specifications of the Accor hotel network.

- Integration with Accor's infrastructure.

- Working with subcontractors, technical coordination.

- User support, migrations, and interaction with the higher-level technical support of the Accor network in 24/7 mode.
